Formulario único y multijurisdiccional. Para cualquier deportista menor de 18 años se requiere el consentimiento de ambos progenitores o tutores legales. Es el estándar más estricto y cumple con el RGPD/LOPDGDD (UE/España), COPPA (EE. UU.) y la LGPD (Brasil). Single, multi-jurisdiction form. For any athlete under 18, the consent of both parents or legal guardians is required. This is the strictest standard and complies with GDPR/LOPDGDD (EU/Spain), COPPA (USA) and LGPD (Brazil). Единая многоюрисдикционная форма. Для любого спортсмена младше 18 лет требуется согласие обоих родителей или законных опекунов. Это самый строгий стандарт; соответствует GDPR/LOPDGDD (ЕС/Испания), COPPA (США) и LGPD (Бразилия).

Fines y bases: operar la plataforma (ejecución del acuerdo), mostrar el perfil e imagen (consentimiento), comunicaciones (consentimiento).
Destinatarios: proveedor de pagos/BaaS licenciado, proveedores de alojamiento y verificación. No se venden datos.
Transferencia internacional: los datos pueden tratarse en EE. UU. (Atleta Platform LLC) con garantías adecuadas (cláusulas contractuales tipo).
Conservación: mientras exista la relación y los plazos legales aplicables; luego, supresión o bloqueo.
Derechos: acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad, oposición y retirada del consentimiento (sin efecto retroactivo), escribiendo a hello@atletaplatform.com.
Reclamación: ante la autoridad de control (en España, la AEPD) si lo considera necesario.
Interés superior del menor (LGPD/España): ningún tratamiento se hará de forma contraria al interés del menor.

Purposes and bases: operate the platform (performance of the agreement), display profile and image (consent), communications (consent).
Recipients: licensed payment/BaaS provider, hosting and verification providers. No data is sold.
International transfer: data may be processed in the USA (Atleta Platform LLC) under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and applicable legal periods; afterwards, deletion or blocking.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (no retroactive effect), by writing to hello@atletaplatform.com.
Complaint: to the supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD) if you consider it necessary.
Best interest of the child (LGPD/Spain): no processing will be carried out contrary to the minor's interest.
